PROJECT BRIEF  | 

Situated in the heart of the Commercial Bay precinct, directly across from Auckland’s bustling ferry terminal, the Deloitte Auckland office boasts stunning views of Tāmaki Makaurau’s iconic harbour.

As New Zealand’s largest full-service Deloitte office, it is home to a team of over 400 professionals dedicated to delivering meaningful results alongside their clients. Inaugurated in early 2024, the Deloitte Centre is a landmark mixed-use development seamlessly integrated with Commercial Bay, a world-class waterfront destination.

The building was gifted the Māori name Te Kaha by Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei - symbolising strength and the idea that unity creates greater resilience. Spanning Levels 12 to 20, the Deloitte Centre features 14,000 square meters of premium office space shared by Deloitte and Bell Gully. Level 21 is home to Queens Rooftop & Wineshop, offering breathtaking 270-degree views of the Waitematā Harbour. Unison worked closely with Custance Associates to curate and select collaborative furniture for the interior, which earned two prestigious accolades: Bronze Winner in the 2024 Best Awards for Workplace Environments (1000m²+) and Bronze Winner in the Spatial Colour Award category.

This space embodies the Story of Navigation, reflecting a journey that blends rich historical roots with a forward-looking perspective. From its past as a national gateway and vibrant hub for trade and meetings to its present role as a collaborative space for navigating the future, the Deloitte Centre stands as a testament to innovation and connection across industries, clients, and communities.



































Unison Workspaces carefully selected a range of versatile, contemporary furniture to complement the dynamic environment. The space seamlessly integrates the staff café, Deloitte’s Greenhouse, and a multipurpose lounge that encourages collaboration and company events. Each piece chosen enhances both functionality and design.

LACLASICA BY STUA 
This elegant range of seating embodies timeless simplicity, with clean lines and a sculptural form that adds sophistication to both the café and Greenhouse areas. The chairs are ideal for fostering comfortable, yet professional, conversations. Additionally, the chairs are stackable, offering practical versatility for flexible space configurations and easy storage.

FIBER STOOL BY MUUTO
With its sleek and minimal design, this stool provides a sturdy and stylish seating solution for both casual and formal settings, aligning perfectly with the modern aesthetic.. The Fiber Stool is available in both 650mm and 750mm heights, offering customiSable seating options to suit a variety of environments.

GROVE LEANER BY UW 
Locally made with care, the Grove Leaner features an Ash solid timber base with splayed legs. The solid timber structure and clear lacquer finish enhance the space with an organic, understated elegance, ensuring durability and visual appeal.

STYLUS TABLE BY PEDRALI
These tables bring together form and function. A harmony of curved lines characteriSes the Stylus table in all its components. With a central base and locally crafted tops, they provide flexible meeting and dining areas. The minimalist design is perfect for adapting to any corporate event or collaborative setting. The Stylus family features a square or round, powder-coated, sand-blasted cast-iron base with rounded corners and a steel tube column. Available combined with tops of different sizes and finishes, the tables offer versatile solutions to suit a variety of spaces and needs.

COSTURA SOFA + SOLAPA TABLE BY STUA
These meticulously designed seating solutions are found throughout the floor, paired to provide a perfect balance of comfort and style. The Costura chair combines soft upholstery with clean lines, while the Solapa table is an ideal complement, offering both beauty and practicality.
